Weapons anyone?

Right up from the 666 fashion health in the heart of Pink town there is a store where you can buy elaborately disguised tazers, mini billy- clubs, knuckle busters and just about any kind of ninja related weapons.

Unfortunately though, no foreigners allowed..

Somewhere somebody's daughter.. 03

..has just been videod!

To briefly explain these "Somewhere somebodies daughter" posts, it's not uncommon to walk through this neighborhood and come across a group of people taking video or stills of a cute young girl (or girls) for Japanese AV. These guys were just finishing up and were right in the middle of the 'Pink' area which is full of hotels and men's 'fashion health' establishments.

It's probably not your daughter though so... ;)

Maruyamacho

Woke up in a new place this morning and took a walk. It amazed me how different a neighborhood just 4 blocks west of where I had been living for 5 years could be. Maybe it was the sunshine, maybe it was the fact that I had the day off, maybe maybe maybe... In any case, Maruyamacho is very cool, great pictures everywhere..

As an extra piece of useless information, Maruyamacho is a kind of old part of Shibuya, and is also where the main concentration of love hotels
are, so there are lots of happy couples, girls on a 'go to' mission, and enough dodgy lookin dudes an sharp black suits to make you realize that there is a whole lot of interesting stuff going down in this here hood..

Fugu...

Fugu (pufferfish) is a delicacy here in Japan, even though it contains lethal amounts of the poison tetrodotoxin in the liver, the ovaries, and also the skin. Only specially licensed chefs are allowed to prepare and sell it to the public, and the consumption of the liver and ovaries is forbidden. Some sources claim that about 150 people still die each year from fugu poisoning, while others say it's only about ten to twenty..

This cool looking Fuguya-san was found while waiting for D-man in Umegaouka last week..
