Kansai Yamamoto Exhibition

My 6th trip to the Edo-Tokyo Museum yesterday held an interesting surprise. As we crossed the Nihonbashi bridge and looked towards the display table that explains Samurai and commoner distribution in the old city, we couldn't help but notice the huge displays of Japanese fashion designer Kansai Yamamoto, the most amazing example of which was David Bowie’s iconic Kabuki stage costume, of which I managed to snap a couple of shots before being reminded that I was not to take pictures, and that I should get back to my class..
