Yoyogi Park Rave: On...

The yoyogi park rave was alive last night with pumping beats and party people everywhere. This was most certainly the best one I've been to in a long while, and the dude in the suit who's set just kept going and going was so awesome that I'm not even gonna try and describe it in words.

Summer portraits '08

I often end up with many picture of friends that don't really fit into any specific area of the blog, so I thought as summer has come to an end, I will will post some of my (previously unposted) favorite festival portraits..

Anatomy of an attempted nampa..

Step 1: Identify possible target



Step 2: Make wobbly-type footstep-based movements towards said target



Step 3: Attempt to engage said target in "witty banter"



Step 4: Establish "Yay or Nay" status



Step 5: Retreat to sheltered area for reflection and possible reorganization of strategy

Sleeping in cars..

It's not that uncommon in Tokyo to come across someone sleeping in their car, with their engine and aircon running to maintain a comfortable sleeping environment. By the same token, it's not that common for a total stranger to become so opportunistic as to enter into 'said sleeping stranger's' car for a humorous photo opportunity.

That's what happened here..
