Wherever you look at the moment there seems to be some kind of celebration of culture happening, and if you wandered down to Yoyogi this weekend that would most certainly have been the case. The Sri Lankan festival is a little more quiet than say the Jamaican, Thai, or Brazillian festivals, but what's lacking in traffic is certainly made up for in the quality of food and entertainment.
Make mine the bbq chicken and gotamba roti..

Are the foreign nationals there for the day of are they PR's in Japan ?
As for the food, they certainly looked yummy !
thanks for the comment, but I don't think there's any danger of me quitting my day job.. as for the foreign nationals, I know that the Thai festival brings a heap of people over specifically for the event, but am not sure about any of the others. I would guess that there would be a bit of both..
